From Special and Federal Funds, for
payments required as a result of pay plan
adjustments and for increased costs for
Social Security and Retirement
contributions resulting therefrom, pursuant
to Section 27 of Article 64A, authorization
is hereby granted to use Special and
Federal Funds for this purpose, to be
payable out of revenues and grants which
are the source of funds for the payment of
budget appropriations payable out of
Special and Federal Funds.
