Budget Bill
(Fiscal Year 1991)

AN ACT for the purpose of making the proposed appropriations contained in the State
Budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1991, in accordance with Article III,
Section 52 of the Maryland Constitution; and generally relating to appropriations
and budgetary provisions made pursuant to that section.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF

MARYLAND, That subject to the provisions hereinafter set forth and subject to the
Public General Laws of Maryland relating to the Budget procedure, the several
amounts hereinafter specified, or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to accomplish
the purposes designated, are hereby appropriated and authorized to be disbursed for
the several purposes specified for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1990, and ending
June 30, 1991, as hereinafter indicated.

PAYMENTS OF REVENUE TO CIVIL DIVISIONS OF THE STATE

19.01.00.00 Share of Franchise Tax on Net
Earnings of Savings Banks and Building,
Savings and Loan Associations
To Baltimore City and the Counties of the

State: The respective shares due them from

the Franchise Tax on Net Earnings of

Savings Banks and Building, Savings and

Loan Associations, in accordance with the

Tax - General Article, Section 8-213. The

amount shown herein is an estimate; it is

the intention that the amount to be

distributed shall be the actual share of the

revenue received.

Tax
To Baltimore City and the Counties of the

State: The respective shares due them from

the Alcoholic Beverages Excise Tax in

accordance with the provisions of the Tax -
