member of the commission, the board of county commissioners shall appoint a person
to serve for the unexpired term;

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the increase in the
length of the terms of the members of the Frederick County Economic Development
Commission as required under this Act shall apply to any members of the Commission
who are appointed on or after July 1, 1990.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1990.
