(b) (1) In Harford County, the liquor control board may approve the issuance
of a [(WBT) license. The license is issued only to holders of a (BWL) or a (BW)
license.]:

(I) (CWBT) LICENSE TO HOLDERS OF A (BWL) LICENSE;
AND

(II) (WBT) LICENSE TO HOLDERS OF (BW) LICENSE.

(2) (1) THE (CWBT) LICENSE PERMITS THE ON-PREM1SES
CONSUMPTION OF CORDIALS, WINE AND BEER FOR TASTING OR
SAMPLING PURPOSES ONLY.

(II) THE (WBT) LICENSE PERMITS THE ON-PREMISES
CONSUMPTION FOR TASTING OR SAMPLING PURPOSES ONLY OF WINE
AND BEER.

[(2)] (3) [The license permits the consumption for tasting or sampling
purposes only, on premises, of light wine and beer, for no more than] EACH OF THE
RESPECTIVE TASTING OR SAMPLING LICENSES UNDER THIS SUBSECTION
IS EFFECTIVE FOR A MAXIMUM OF 24 days in any licensing period.

(4) The licensee shall notify the liquor control board at least 7 days prior
to exercising the provisions of [his] THE TASTING OR SAMPLING license, of his
intent to [do so] HAVE A TASTING OR SAMPLING.

[(3) The] (5) A LICENSEE UNDER THIS SUBSECTION may not serve
more than 1 ounce from each given brand to any one person AT A TASTING OR
SAMPLING.

(5) TASTING AND SAMPLING SERVINGS PER PERSON ARE
LIMITED TO:

(J) 1 OUNCE OF EACH GIVEN BRAND OF BEER OR WINE;
AND

(II) ONE-HALF OUNCE OF EACH GIVEN BRAND OF
CORDIAL.

[(4)] (6) The cost of the [(WBT)] (CWBT) license for holders of a (BWL)
license is $250 each year in addition to the cost of the (BWL) license.

[(5)] (7) The cost of the (WBT) license for holders of a (BW) license is
$100 each year in addition to the cost of the (BW) license.

[(6)] (8) The liquor control board may adopt [rules or] regulations
providing additional requirements to implement this subsection.
