limiting the liability of certain cooperative housing corporations in certain civil
actions; providing for certain exceptions; making it a misdemeanor subject to
certain penalties to knowingly make a false statement in connection with certain
linked deposit financing made from the Maryland Enterprise Incentive Deposit
Fund; removing certain contagious diseases or viruses from the list of contagious
diseases or viruses which certain persons are required to be notified of possible
exposure to; requiring certain persons to notify certain correctional officers and
correctional institutions of possible exposure to certain contagious diseases or
viruses under circumstances; requiring certain persons to receive education on
certain contagious diseases or viruses as part of their training and to receive
certain equipment to protect them from exposure to certain contagious diseases or
viruses while rendering emergency medical care; requiring certain agencies and
organizations to develop certain written procedures; providing for the effect and
construction of certain provisions of this Act; making this Act an emergency
measure; and generally repealing and reenacting without amendments certain
Acts of the General Assembly that may be subject to possible title or function
paragraph defects, in order to validate those Acts.
