(C) A PERSON WHO BREAKS AND ENTERS A RESEARCH FACILITY IS
GUILTY OF A FELONY AND ON CONVICTION IS SUBJECT TO
IMPRISONMENT FOR NOT MORE THAN 5 YEARS OR A FINE OF NOT MORE
THAN $5,000 OR BOTH.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1990.

AN ACT concerning

Controlled Dangerous Substances - "Crack" Cocaine Base ("Crack") - Penalties

FOR the purpose of increasing tho providing certain penalties for certain offenses
involving the manufacture, distribution, dispensing, and possession with intent to
distribute el, bringing into, or transporting certain amounts of certain cocaine
base known as "crack" cocaine; and generally relating to penalties for controlled
dangerous substance offenses.
