LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR CHILD CARE CENTERS AND FAMILY DAY
CARE HOMES; AND

[(4)] (5) after reviewing proposed policies and regulations developed by
the Council, transmit recommendations and comments to the Council within 30 days of
receipt.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the advisory workgroup
shall submit its recommendations and comments concerning policies to increase the
availability and affordability of liability insurance for child care centers, including an
assessment of the creation of a State child care liability insurance fund, to the Governor
and the General Assembly Insurance Commissioner by December 31, 1990 1991.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1990.

(House Bill 416)

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Vehicle Load Extension - Retractable Devices

FOR the purpose of providing that the measurement of the length of certain vehicles
engaged in the transportation of automobiles for the purposes of a certain
provision of law relating to length limitations may not include the length of certain
retractable devices used under certain circumstances; and providing that a certain
limitation on the length of a load extension of certain vehicles engaged in the
transportation of automobiles applies to retractable load supporting devices used
under certain circumstances; and requiring the display of a certain warning flag
under certain circumstances.
