be transferred, shall be enrolled by the registrar of the parish to which he may remove
upon the receipt of a certificate of transfer or without it, as the case may be, pursuant
to general or diocesan canonical mandate.

(3) Of Other Members. Every communicant and baptized member of the
Protestant Episcopal Church, regardless of parochial residence, who shall apply for the
purpose, shall be enrolled by the registrar as a member of the parish in which he applies
for enrollment.

301. Election of vestrymen and lay delegates; procedure for adoption of bylaws,
(a) First congregational meeting for election of vestrymen.

(2) Number of Vestrymen to be Elected. The adult members of the
Protestant Episcopal Churchf, resident within the bounds of such new parish,] who
shall attend such first meeting, shall elect nine vestrymen from among the members of
such new parish, who, with the prospective rector, if there be one, shall be deemed and
considered to be the vestry of said new parish until the election of their successors
pursuant to law or the bylaws of the new parish.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1990.

Liability Insurance - Interagency Child Care Council

FOR the purpose of modifying the responsibilities of the advisory workgroup of the
Interagency Child Care Council; and requiring the advisory workgroup to make
recommendations to increase the availability and affordability of liability
insurance for child care centers and family day care homes; and providing for a
delayed effective date.
