measures, so far as said law applies to Allegany,
Frederick and Washington counties, read the first,
second and third time by special order, and passed,
233; returned from Senate passed with an amend-
ment including Anne Arundel, Carroll and Mont-
gomery counties,, and passed, 314.

Senate bill to pay a portion of the 16th Regi-
ment, M. M., for guard duty at Frederick Armo-
ry, by order of the Governor, referred to commit-
tee on Military Affairs, 252; reported favorably,

Bill reported to authorize the Commissioners of,
to borrow money, &c., to build a new Court
