Mr. Pitts, from a select committee, reported favorably upon
the bill entitled, an act to repeal sections 880 and 881 of ar-
ticle 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to the
collection of Taxes and the limitation of time therefor, and
to substitute for said sections the following sections, extend-

ing the time of such limitation;
