The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following:

BY THE SENATE

June 25, 1861.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

With the concurrence of your honorable body, we propose
that when we adjourn, we adjourn to meet again in Annapo-
lis on the 30th July next, at 12 o'clock.

Mr. Wallis moved to concur in the message.
