to erect gates upon to road passing near his house to the
Catholic church, near Mount Savage;

titled, an act to repeal sections Land 2 of article LXLVIII of
the Code of Public General Laws relating to wild fowls, and
inserting the following sections in lieu thereof;

entitled, an act to authorize the vestry of St. Peter's church,
in the town of Salisbury, in Somerset county, to take, have
and hold a lot of land, described by the last will, and testa-
ment of William Henry Dulany;
