Washington county to guarantee the bonds of the Western Mary-
land Railroad Company,

Was taken up, read the second time, and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.

A bill, entitled, A supplement to Article 93, section 177, of
the Code of Public General Laws,

Was taken up, read the third time, and rejected by yeas and
nays as follows:
