Mr. McKaig, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported the following:

A bill, entitled, An act to amend the 29th Article of the Code
of Public General Laws, by adding thereto a section extending
the lien of judgments to leasehold interest in land;

Which was read the second time.

A bill, entitled, An act to make valid the acknowledgement
of a deed of leasehold ground in Baltimore city, from Louis
Barrie to Louisa Delacave Marchand, and to admit the same to
record,

Was taken up, read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays as follows:
