1739). SISTER: Ruth (172£-?). MARRIED on August
23, 1744, Frances (1727-by 1786), daughter of
George Drew (?-1735) and wife Hannah Lisbury
(?-1733); stepdaughter of Johannah Phillips
(1720-?), who subsequently married Jacob Giles.
Her brother was Anthony (1726-?). Her sisters
were Mary Ann (172S-?); Druscilla (1733-?). Her

land and personal property to his daughter Milcah
and son-in-law Benedict Edward Hall (ca. 1744-
1822) in 1786. In exchange Hall was to pay Gar-
rett's debts and honor his bequests to his grand-
daughters. Garrett retained a life estate in the

ing 9 slaves).

Gassaway; granddaughter of Nicholas Gassaway
