1 Before this Assembly ended, Gov. Josias Fendall, Nathaniel Utie, and Thomas Gerard joined with members of the
Lower House in a rebellion against Lord Baltimore's government in an effort to reestablish a commonwealth.
2For unexplained reasons Barton, Evans, and Langworth were ruled unduly elected. The subsequent election returned
Evans and Langworth, but replaced Barton with Gardiner.
3On a trip to England, he did not attend this Assembly.
