in case the majority of the voters of said First Pre-
cinct of said Fifth District shall determine said
question in the affirmative, and to regulate the sale
thereof, and also to revive the Public General Laws
of this State relating to the sale of spirituous and
fermented liquors to minors in said First Precinct
of said Fifth District; also the Sunday and
Election Laws of this State, which were in force at
the date of the passage of the law known as the
"Local Option Law of Anne Arundel county," passed
at the January session, eighteen hundred and eighty-
two, in case the said vote shall be in favor of such

No. 383. An act to enable the qualified voters of the
city of Annapolis to determine by ballot, whether
spirituous or fermented liquors or alcoholic bitters
shall be sold therein, and to regulate the terms and
conditions on which the sale thereof may be made,
in case the majority of the voters of said city shall
determine said question in the affirmative, and to
regulate the sale thereof, and also to revive the
Public Local Laws of said county relating to the
sale of spirituous and fermented liquors to minors
in said city, and within five miles thereof; also, the
Sunday and Election Laws of this State, which were
in force at the date of the passage of the law known
as the " Local Option Law of Anne Arundel county,"
passed at the January session, eighteen hundred and
eighty-two, in case the said vote shall be in favor
