CHAPTER 507.

AN ACT to add additional sub-sections to art-
icle fifty-six of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled " License," to be named sec-
tion five A, sub-title "Auctioneer/⁵ and sec-
tion five B, and to repeal and re-enact sec-
tions one, five, twenty-one and twenty-six of
article fifty-six of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, entitled "Licenses," as amended by
chapter ninety-seven of the acts of eighteen
hundred and sixty-two, entitled an act to
amend the twenty-first and twenty-second
sections of the fifty-sixth article of the Code
of Public General Laws, relating to the li-
censes of hawkers and pedlars, and as
amended by chapter seventy-six of the acts
of eighteen hundred and sixty-five, entitled
an act to amend the fifty-sixth article of the
Code of Public General Laws, relating to
licenses, as amended by chapter one hundred
and four of the acts of eighteen hundred and
eighty-two, entitled an act to amend section
twenty of article fifty-six of the Code of
Public General Laws of this State, title "Li-
cense,¹' sub-title " Hawkers and Pedlars," as
amended by chapter three hundred and fifty
of the acts of eighteen hundred and eighty-
four, entitled an act to repeal section twenty-
one of article fifty-six of the Code of Public
General Laws, relating to the licenses of
hawkers and pedlars, as amended by the
acts of eighteen hundred and sixty-two, chap-
ter ninety-seven, and to re-enact the same
with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That sections one, five,
twenty-one and twenty-six of article fifty-six
