Repealed.

SEC. 6. Be it enacted, That all acts or parts
of acts inconsistent with this act be and the
same are hereby repealed.

Approved March 18, 1886.

CHAPTER 56.

AN ACT to dirept the County Commissioners
of Baltimore county to levy a sum of money
for the use of the estate of Isabella Fahey,
late of Howard county, deceased, for taxes
paid by her in error.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the County Com-
missioners of Baltimore county be and they
are hereby directed at the time of making

their next annual levy, to levy for the use of
the estate of Isabella Fahey, (formerly Isa-
bella Cleary), late of Howard county, deceased,
the sum of three hundred and sixty-nine dol-
lars and eighty-five cents as taxes paid in
error.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

Approved March 18, 1886.

CHAPTER 57.

AN ACT to legalize the commitment of desti-
tute and suffering children to reformatories
and other institutions.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That any minor having
no parent or guardian, and being destitute of
means of support, or suffering through the
