SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall

CHAPTER 483.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the County
Commissioners of Anne Arundel county to
build bridges over Back creek and Cat Hole
creek, in the Second Election District of
Anne Arundel county.
SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the County Com-
missioners of Anne Arundel county be and
they are hereby authorized and empowered to

cause a good and substantial bridge for travel
of man and beast, and for the passage of carts,
wagons and the general convenience of the
public, to be constructed over Back creek, and
another over Cat Hole creek, in the Second
Election District of Anne Arundel county, and
to adopt such places, make such contracts, and
do such acts as may be necessary for the
construction, repair and maintenance of said
bridges.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the

with a suitable and proper draw-bridge of a
width of not less than twenty feet over the
channel of said creek.
