the county without a license so to do, shall be
fined not less than ten dollars nor more than
twenty-five dollars for each and every offence,
and shall stand committed to the county Jail
until fine or fines and costs are paid.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That any person, resident or
non-resident, found trespassing with dog or gun
on any posted or advertised property in said
county, or who, upon personal notice to leave,
shall refuse to comply, or shall return, shall

owner or occupant of said land, and shall be

viction thereof before any Justice of the Peace

SEC. 7. And be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the County Commission-
ers of Talbot county be and they a.re hereby re-
quired to pay a bounty of fifty cents for the
scalp of each and every hawk or owl (the fish-

Commissioners upon presentation of the cer-
tificate of any Justice of the Peace of said
county that oath had been made before him

take effect from the date of its passage.
