CHAPTER 405.

AN ACT to sanction the bequest of one thous-
and dollars to the Boundary Avenue Presby-
terian Church of Baltimore city, in the last
will and testament of John C. Backus, de-
ceased.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the sanction of
the General Assembly of Maryland is hereby
given to the bequest of one thousand dollars

to the Boundary Avenue Presbyterian Church
of Baltimore city, in the last will and testa-
ment of John C. Backus, deceased, which has
been duly admitted to probate, and recorded
in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore city.

Effective.
