Ballinger, of St. Mary's county; John P. Bris-
coe, of Calvert county; Albert Gottschalk and
John Whrig, of Baltimore city; John A. Baker
and Robert A. Hooe, Jr., of Washington city, Dis-
trict of Columbia, and their successors in office,
be and they are hereby constituted and made
a body corporate and politic, under the name
and style of the Farmers' and Planters' Bank
of Prince George's county, Maryland, at Upper
Marlboro.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That said corpora-
tion, under the above name and style, is here-
by made able and capable in law to sue and

of record, and in any other place whatsoever;
to make, have and use a common seal, and the
same to break, alter and renew at their pleas-

stock of the Farmers' and Planters' Bank of
