the acts of the General Assembly passed at the
January session eighteen hundred and eighty,
entitled an act to authorize and empower the
Governor to appoint an additional Justice of
the Peace in and for the First Election Dis-
trict of Queen Anne's county, be and the same
is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

Approved April 7, 1886.

CHAPTER 380.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Harford county to sell and convey
to the Trustees of the Masonic Hall and
Church in Belair, in Harford county, for the
purpose of perfecting the title thereto, a lot
or parcel of ground situated in the town of
Belair in said county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the County Com-
missioners of Harford county be and they are
hereby authorized in their discretion, to sell


and convey to the Trustees of the Masonic
Hall and Church in Belair, in Harford county,
all that lot or parcel of ground situate in the
town of Belair in said county which is now and
for more than twenty-five years past has been
in the possession of said trustees, and to de-
termine the true boundaries of said lot by
courses and distances, for the purpose of per-
fecting the title of said trustees thereto.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That said trustees
and their successors shall hold said lot intrust
for the use of Mt. Ararat Lodge Number Forty-
Four, Ancient Free and Accepted Masons, and
may regulate the use thereof, and may rent or
