SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the members
of the said Baltimore Club of Baltimore city,
be and they are hereby empowered to elect

such number of Trustees, Managers, Directors
or Governors, for the management of the prop-
erty and concerns of said corporation, and in
such manner, at such times, and for such term
or terms of office as the said club, by its by-
laws, does now or shall hereafter prescribe.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That it shall re-
quire a nine-tenths vote of all the members of

the said club, exclusive of non-resident mem-
bers, to repeal or amend the by-laws forbid-
ding gaming, heretofore adopted by said club,
and which reads as follows, to wit: " No stakes
of any kind, either directly or indirectly, shall
be allowed on any event taking place in the
club house."
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That it shall re-
quire a nine-tenths vote of all the members of
the said club, exclusive of non-resident mem-

bers, to repeal or amend the by-laws forbid-
ding treating, heretofore adopted by said club,
which reads as follows, to wit: " There shall
be no treating in the club house between mem-
bers, except in such manner as the Board of
Governors may provide."
