their movements, and shall once in each month
forward a copy of such log to the office of the
Commander; any violation of duty in these
respects shall be deemed a sufficient cause for
removal, and they shall be so removed.

SEC. 41. And be it enacted, That the said
State Fishery Force shall have charge and con-
trol of the enforcement of all laws of this
State, relating to fish, whether general or local;

utaries and streams of their respective dis-

extend into and are covered by said waters,
