HENRY LLOYD, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR,

same, the sum of fifty dollars, and also fifty
cents as a fee to the Clerk in addition to that
now allowed by law.

SEC. 3. Be it enacted, That if the person ap-
plying intends to sell spirituous and fermented
liquors in quantities more than a pint, or in-
tends to sell ale and lager beer, or either, and

no other liquors, in quantities less or more
than a pint, whether said person manufac-
tures or brews said liquors or buys them, for
sale, and whether said person pays a State li-
cense or not, the sum of twenty-five dollars
shall be charged for the purpose of this act,
and also the fee of fifty cents to the Clerk as
above provided.

SEC. 4. Be it enacted, That all sums of money
received by the said Clerk under the provisions
of act, except the fees allowed herein, shall be
by him paid over to the County Commissioners
