AN ACT to amend the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Courts," article twenty-nine, sec-
tion twenty-eight, by providing an addi-
tional term for the Court-of Appeals.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
|
|
|
|
sembly of Maryland, That article twenty-nine,
section twenty-eight, title "Courts," of the Code
of Public General Laws, be and the same is
hereby repealed, and the following is hereby
re-enacted in lieu thereof, namely :
SEC. 28. The Court of Appeals shall hold its
sessions on the second Monday in January,

re-enacted.

the first Monday in April and the first Monday
in October of each and every year; no action
in the Court of Appeals shall continue longer
than the end of the fourth term after the same
shall have been instituted, unless by consent
of the parties.

CHAPTER 186.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments chapter four hundred and fifty- five
of the acts of January session eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-four, entitled an act to
repeal section eight hundred and ten of
article four of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title
"Police," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
