CHAPTER 178.

AN ACT to give the sanction of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the leasing of two
lots of ground on Eutaw Place, in the city
of Baltimore, by the Central Presbyterian
Church of the city of Baltimore, and to the
redemption by the said Central Presbyterian
Church of the city of Baltimore, of a por-
tion of the rent reserved by one of said
leases upon one of said lots, and to sanction
the acquirement by the said Central Pres-
byterian Church of the city of Baltimore,
by gift, grant or devise of the reversion in
fee, in the said two lots of ground, or in
either of them.

WHEREAS by indenture bearing date the
twenty-eighth day of February, eighteen hun-
dred and seventy-four, and recorded among

the land records of Baltimore city, Martha E.
Levering did sub-lease unto the Central Pres-
byterian Church of the city of Baltimore, the
lot of ground on Eutaw Place, in the city of
Baltimore, in said indenture particularly de-
scribed, for the term and at the rent in said
indenture set forth; and

WHEREAS by another indenture bearing date
thirteenth day of April, eighteen hundred and
seventy- four, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore city, Thomas H. Kensett
and Mary A. R. Kensett, his wife, leased to
