HENRY LLOYD, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR,

there shall be a public or law parade of said
respective bodies at least once a year, on such
days and at such place or places as the Com-
mander-in-Chief shall designate.

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That the Com-

mander-in-Chief shall order an encampment
of all said organizations once in every two
years, to be held at such time and place, and
for such length of time as he may determine.

SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That the Comman-
der-in-Chief shall require all of said organiza-
tions to adopt a service uniform, which shall
be assimilated as near as possible to that of
the United States troops, with such modifica-
tions, however, as to him may seem advisable,

but in making any such changes the same
must be done gradually, and not to be en-
forced in any one year, but with a due regard
to economy and consistent with the utilization
of all serviceable uniforms now in use in said
organizations.

SEC. 10. And be it enacted, That whenever
said organizations shall be ordered into camp
as aforesaid, or whenever ordered out by the
Commander-in-Chief, each enlisted man shall
be entitled to one dollar and thirty-three cents
