ively, give such security for their fidelity and
good conduct as the Board of Directors may from
time to time require, and the said Board of
Directors shall fix the salaries of such officers
and agents.
SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That whenever any
deposit shall be made by any minor, the Di-
rectors of said corporation may, at their dis-
cretion, pay such sums as may be due to him
or her, although no guardian shall have been
appointed for such minor, or the guardian of
such minor shall not have authorized the draw-

ing of the same, and the check, receipt or ac-
quittance of such minor shall be as valid as if
the same was executed by a guardian of such
minor, or the said minor was of full age; pro-
vided, such deposit was made personally by
said minor; and whenever any deposit shall
have been made by a married woman, may re-
pay the same on her own receipt.

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
