shall have the right to appeal to the Circuit
Court for the county in which said conviction
is had.
SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That any com-
manding officer of any one of the oyster police
sloops or steamers, either upon view or in-
formation derived from any other person, of

a violation of any of the provisions of this
act, shall be and he or they are hereby au-
thorized and empowered, and it is made his or
their -duty to arrest and take into custody such
person or persons so as aforesaid offending,
and the boatmen or other persons found in
said boats, and carry such offender or offenders
before some Justice of the Peace of the county
wherein such offence was committed, to be
dealt with as provided for in this act.
SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That all moneys
received by the Clerks of the Circuit Courts for

the counties aforesaid from licenses, as pro-
vided in section four of this act, shall be paid
to the County Commissioners of the counties
for the use of the Public Schools of said
counties.

SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That all acts or
parts of acts inconsistent with the provisions
of this act be and the same are hereby re-
pealed, and that this act shall take effect from
the date of its passage.
