license is issued, and that the person named
therein or a party procuring such license shall
pay to said Clerk for such license the sum of
one hundred dollars, and fifty cents to the
Clerk for his fee for issuing such license; any
person violating the provisions of tins section
by selling or shipping game for sale, shall be
fined the sum of five dollars for every partridge,
woodcock or rabbit sold or shipped.
SEC. 6. Be it further enacted, That the pos-
session by any person within the county of any
of the birds or rabbits mentioned in the pre-
ceding section of this act at any time in which

the shooting or trapping of the same is pro-
hibited by said preceding section, or the pos-
session by any express or transportation com-
pany of any partridge, woodcock or rabbits at
any time shall be prima facie evidence of vio-
lations of this act.
SEC. 7. Be it further enacted, That any per-
son or persons found trespassing upon any pri-
vate property in this county which shall have

been posted or advertised, shall be liable to be
arrested by any Constable of the county, and
shall be deemed guilty of misdemeanor, and
on conviction thereof before any Justice of the
Peace of the said county, shall be fined the
sum of five dollars; on failure to pay said fine
shall be confined in the county jail for a term
of ten days.
SEC. 8. Be it further enacted, That the fines
which may be collected by any Justice of the
Peace of said county under the provisions of
this act, and the money paid to said Clerk of

the Circuit Court for license under the pro-
visions of this act, shall be paid by the said
Justice of the Peace and the Clerk to the
County Commissioners of said county, to be
by them placed to the credit of the School
fund for said county.
SEC. 9. Be it further enacted, That it shall
be the duty of the Constables of the several
