LAWS OF MARYLAND.


Chapter 63.


AN ACT to repeal the act of eighteen hundred and


seventy-four, chapter four hundred and forty-eight,


and re-enact the same with additional amendments,


as follows :


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That the board of commissioners of
