dred and seventy-eight, entitled "An act to amend sec-

tion twenty-two of article forty-one of the Code of

Public General Lawg, sub-titled 'Fish and Fisheries,' sub-

titled Patuxent, regulating the right of fishing in the

Patuxent river and its tributaries, as amended by the act

of eighteen hundred and seventy-four, chapter two hun-
