Charles county to issue bonds, bearing a rate of interest

not exceeding five per cent, per annum, to raise money

to pay off the present bonded indebtedness of said county

accruing under the act of assembly of eighteen hundred

and seventy, chapter two hundred and ninety-four, and

to levy and collect the necessary taxes for the payment of

said bonds and the interest thereon.............................

Frederick county to issue bonds for the payment of the

money borrowed by the County Commissioners to build

bridges in said county, and to substitute to the stock of

Turnpikes in said county, for which the obligation of the

county have been given, bearing interest at the rate of

five per cent, per annum, and to collect taxes for the pay-

ment of such bonds and the interest thereon.................

lector of State taxes of Kent county, forty dollars and

thirty-eight cents, and to William F. Boeder, collector of

State taxes of said county, sixteen dollars and thirty-six

cents, heretofore by them paid erroneously into the
