dred and fifty-three of the acts passed at the January ses-

sion of eighteen hundred and seventy-four, entitled An

act to enable the qualified voters of Queen Anne's, Caro-

line, Dorchester and Talbot counties to determine by bal-

lot whether spirituous or fermented liquors shall be sold

in said counties, or in any election districts thereof, or a

license granted for the sale of the same, so far as the same

applies to Talbot county, and to re-enact the following, to

be section three and a half, in lieu thereof....................
