No. 241. An act to repeal an act entitled An act to repeal

an act passed at the January session, eighteen hundred

and sixty-five, chapter seventy-four, entitled An act to

repeal section three hundred and ten of article eleven of

the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled Frederick

county, and to re-enact the same with an amendment,

and to substitute in lieu of the said act the following, and

to repeal an act entitled An act to repeal section three

hundred and ten of article eleven of the Code of Public

Local Laws, entitled Frederick county, and to re-enact

the same with an amendment, and to repeal an act passed

at the January session, eighteen hundred and seventy-

eight, chapter forty-six, entitled An act to repeal section

three hundred and ten of article eleven of the Public Local

Laws, entitled Frederick county, as re-enacted by chapter

seventy-eight of the acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-

four, and to re-enact said section so as to read as folllows,

and to repeal section three hundred and ten of article

eleven of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled Fred-

erick county, relating to the jail fees of the sheriff.........
