Chapter 518.


AN ACT to repeal chapter one hundred and ninety-


eight of the acts passed at the January session,


eighteen hundred and eighty, being an act to repeal


article seventy-one of the Code of Public General


Laws, titled " Oysters," and to re-enact the same


with amendments.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That chapter one hundred and ninety-


eight of the acts passed at the January session, eigh-
teen hundred and eighty, be and the same is hereby

wise specified, and to carry, buy and sell oysters in
