Chapter 493.


AN ACT to repeal section three of chapter three hun-


dred and forty of the acts of the general assembly,


passed in the year eighteen hundred and seventy-


eight, entitled An act to repeal an act of the Leg-


islature, passed at January session, eighteen hun-


dred and seventy-six, chapter four hundred and six,


entitled An act to repeal sections one, two, three,


four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve,


thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eight-


een, nineteen and twenty, title "Baltimore county,"


sub-title " Roads," passed at the January session of


the Legislature of eighteen hundred and seventy-


four, chapter two hundred and seventy-four, and so


forth, and to re-enact the same with amendments,


so as to read as follows.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That section three of chapter three hun-


dred and forty of the acts of the general assembly,


passed in the year eighteen hundred and seventy-eight,


entitled An act to repeal an act of the legislature,


passed at January session, eighteen hundred and sev-


enty-six, chapter four hundred and six, entitled An
