AN ACT to repeal section three of chapter three hun-

dred and forty of the acts of the general assembly,
|
|
|
|
passed in the year eighteen hundred and seventy-
|
|
|
|
eight, entitled An act to repeal an act of the Leg-
|
|
|
|
islature, passed at January session, eighteen hun-
|
|
|
|
dred and seventy-six, chapter four hundred and six,
|
|
|
|
entitled An act to repeal sections one, two, three,
|
|
|
|
four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve,
|
|
|
|
thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eight-
|
|
|
|
een, nineteen and twenty, title "Baltimore county,"
|
|
|
|
sub-title " Roads," passed at the January session of
|
|
|
|
the Legislature of eighteen hundred and seventy-
|
|
|
|
four, chapter two hundred and seventy-four, and so
|
|
|
|
forth, and to re-enact the same with amendments,
|
|
|
|
so as to read as follows.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That section three of chapter three hun-
|
|
|
|
dred and forty of the acts of the general assembly,
|
|
|
|
passed in the year eighteen hundred and seventy-eight,
|
|
|
|
entitled An act to repeal an act of the legislature,
|
|
|
|
passed at January session, eighteen hundred and sev-
|
|
|
|
enty-six, chapter four hundred and six, entitled An
|
|
|
Repealed and
|
act to repeal sections one, two, three, four, five, six,
|
|
|
re-enacted.

teen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen and
|

twenty, title " Baltimore county," sub-title " Roads,"

passed at the January session of the legislature of

eighteen hundred and seventy-four, chapter two hun-

|
|
dred and severity-four, and so forth, be and the same
|
|
|
|
is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments, so
|
|
|
|
as to read as follows :

SEC. 3. Be it enacted, That the road commissioners
|
|
|
|
appointed for each election district of said county, as
|
|
|
|
above provided, are hereby required to adopt such sys-
|
|
