Chapter 413.


AN ACT to authorize and empower the county com-


missioners of Garrett county to pay the premium


allowed on fox and wild-cat scalps taken in the


years eighteen hundred and seventy-four and eigh-


teen hundred and seventy-five and eighteen hundred


and seventy-six.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That the county commissioners of Gar-


rett county are hereby authorized and empowered to
