twenty-two of article sixteen, sections ninety-nine

to one hundred and three of the same article, and

sections thirty-three to forty-three of article eighty-

eight of the Code of Public General Laws, and to

re-enact said section twenty -four with amendments ;

also to add a new section to said act, to follow sec-

tion one hundred and thirty six, and to be num-

bered one hundred and thirty-six A.
