Chapter 328.

AN ACT to amend the Charter of the Central
Savings Bank of Baltimore, by repealing section
two of the act passed at January session, eighteen
hundred and fifty-four, chapter three hundred and
twenty, entitled " An act to incorporate the Dime
Savings Bank in the city of Baltimore," as the same
was amended by its supplement passed at January
session, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, chapter one
hundred and twenty-eight; and by repealing section
one of the act passed at January session; eighteen
hundred and fifty-six, chapter two hundred and
forty-five, entitled " An act to amend the act enti-
tled an act to incorporate the Dime Savings Bank
in the city of Baltimore, passed at January session,
eighteen hundred and fifty-four, chapter three hun-
dred and twenty, as the same was amended by its
supplement passed at January session, eighteen
hundred and sixty-six, chapter one hundred and
twenty-eight, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That section two of the act passed at
January session, eighteen hundred and fifty-four,
chapter three hundred and twenty, entitled " An act
to incorporate the Dime Savings Bank in the city of
Baltimore," as the same was amended by its supple-
ment (by which the name of the said Dime Savings
Bank in the city of Baltimore was changed to the
Central Savings Bank of Baltimore), passed at Janu-
