Chapter 314.


AN ACT to repeal sub-sections sixteen and fifty-five


of chapter one hundred and eight of the acts of


general assembly, passed at the session of eighteen


hundred and seventy-eight, entitled "An act to add


an additional article to the Code of Public Local


Laws, to be entitled Garrett county," and to re-en-


act said sections with amendments, so as to change


the compensation of the County Commissioners and


Judges of the Orphans' Court of said county.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
