SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That William Archibald, William


H. Stuart, William F. Roeder, J. Edward Hurlock,


Henry F. Massey and Nathan S. Maxwell, trustees of

said Grace Presbyterian Church at Kennedyville,
Kent county, Maryland, or a majority of them, be

to sell and convey, in fee, by deed, to be executed,

seventy two, and to re-enact the same with amend-


ments.
