SEC. 10. And be it enacted, That the said commis-

sioners shall have power to levy annually upon all the
|

assessment may appoint two citizens of said town to

SEC. 11. And be it enacted. That the said commis-

sioners may appoint annually a bailiff for said town,

|

who shall perform such duties as may be required of

SEC. 12. And be it enacted, That they may lay a

SEC. 13. And be it enacted, That all fines and for-

feitures under the ordinances of the said corporation,
