Chapter 356.


AN ACT to add an additional section, to be known


as section ten, to chapter three hundred and


twenty-seven of the acts passed at the January


session, eighteen hundred and eighty-two, entitled


" An act to repeal chapter two hundred and four-


teen of the acts passed at the January session,


eighteen hundred and seventy-four, as re-enacted


and amended by chapter three hundred and twenty-


five of the acts passed at the January session, eigh-


teen hundred and seventy-eight, relating to the


Catching of Oysters with scoops, or light dredges,


in Dorchester county, and to re-enact the same


with amendments."


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That an additional section, to be known


as section ten, be and the same is hereby added to


chapter three hundred and twenty-seven of the acts


passed at the January session, eighteen hundred and

SEC. 10. And be it enacted, That for all violations of


this act, the boat used in the same shall be liable to the
