AN ACT to authorize John B. Mackall, of Calvert


county, to erect one gate on the public road in said

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly


of Maryland, That John B. Mackall, of Calvert


county, be and he is hereby authorized to erect and


keep one gate on the public road in said county lead-
