Chapter 321.

AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and forty-

two of article eleven of the Code of Public Local
|
|
|
|
Laws, title " Frederick county," sub-title " Fred-
|
|
|
|
erick," and to re-enact the same with amendments.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That section one hundred and forty-
|
|
|
Repealed and
|
two of article eleven of the Code' of Public Local
|
|
|
re-enacted with
amendments.
|
Laws, title " Frederick county," sub-title " Fred-
|
|
|
|
erick," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-
|
|
|
|
enacted with amendments, so as to read as follows :
|

|
|
SEC. 142. The mayor and aldermen may provide by
|
|
|
|
ordinance for taking up, finding or committing to the
|
|
|
