Chapter 318.

AN ACT granting the sanction of the General Assem-

bly of Maryland to the bequest of one hundred dol-

lars to the Reformed Church at Utica Mills, in Fred-

erick county, Maryland, contained in the last will

and testament of Elizabeth Hiteshew, late of Fred-

erick county, deceased.
